Jenni Karinen

With several years’ experience working with digital media across a range of platforms for various businesses, creating high quality content is second nature to Jenni. She has always been in love with creative writing, but after studying digital marketing at degree level she discovered her true passion lies in creating meaningful and engaging content on a business level.  Jenni thrives on creating stories where text and visual elements support each other in a way that makes the business stand out from competitors.

Jenni first travelled to Thailand in early 2007 and quickly fell in love with the country, and with SCUBA diving. After a few years travelling between Finland and Thailand on a regular basis, she settled on Koh Tao and embarked on a career in the dive industry.  After a successful tenure as an instructor, she was hired to a management position where her marketing knowledge and writing skills were put to good use. Since then, she has worked on an array of projects ranging from creating web copy and blog to social media management and search engine optimization. Jenni writes in both in English and Finnish.

Jenni has always been an internal entrepreneur, so taking the step to start a business of her own was a natural progression. Having a passion for writing, and an excellent working knowledge of marketing, social media and the tourism industry in general, it felt right to focus her energies on using this to reach the right people and help businesses develop and grow.
